All in stock orders will be shipped within 48 - 72 hours, unless the order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The order will be shipped via Economy shipping. However, you can upgrade your shipping. You will receive a confirmation email and your tracking information as soon as the package is shipped.

Effective August 1, 2022, returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt for a full refund minus the return shipping fee and minus coupons and/or discounts. If the return is due to a PNK error or the item is damaged, the return shipping charge is waived.
Other than defective items, all merchandise must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, & price tickets attached). Sale items and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns. Due to the intimate nature & hygienic standards, lingerie, bodysuits, leggings, biker shorts, earrings & shapewear are not eligible for returns.
Additional non-returnable items:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Personalized/customized items made to the requirements of the customer. If due to our error there is a customization or personalization error, the item is returnable.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable) Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes items marked as sale item, or during a flash sale. These items are FINAL SALE. Bodysuits, leggings, earrings and biker shorts are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges (if applicable) We accept exchanges, if the item is available and in stock. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue a return label.
To return your product, pack your return in the original package if possible. Please email us at email@example.com to process your return. You will receive a return label with the return mailing address.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note: shipping and handling charges and return mail charges are not refundable. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund balance.
Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
