When will my order ship?

All in stock orders will ship within 48 - 72 hours after the order is placed, except for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Friday - Sunday orders will ship on Monday or Tuesday the following week.  You will receive tracking information via email or text.  

Custom/Print to order items have different processing and shipping times.  Please note the specific times listed in the product description and product details.

 

How will my order ship?

Can I stack coupons?

No. Only one coupon code is allowed per order. This includes automatically applied codes. 

 

Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn't fit?

For online purchases made on or after May 3, 2021, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased, simply return it within 15 days of the shipment date to receive a refund at the net price (after coupons and/or discounts). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Personalized and made to order items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.  If you receive a defective item or the wrong item please contact us immediately.

Other than defective items, all merchandise must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, & price tickets attached). Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns. Due to the intimate nature & hygienic standards, lingerie, bodysuits & shapewear are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be NEWUNUSEDUNWORN,  UNWASHED, and in the same condition that you received it with the tags attached.

Which size should I buy?

Because we curate our pieces from a variety of vendors to provide the best quality, we do not offer a standard sizing guide for all pieces. Please refer to the size chart and item details listed in the item description. There are also details about the model included in the description to help you accurately determine the best size for you.

I ordered a phone case, and it doesn't fit.  What should I do?

Please you ordered the correct case for your phone model. Because we use a production partner for these items, we will need to verify your phone model.  We'll also need to confirm the case does not fit.  Therefore, we ask that you provide pictures/ videos that include:

  • Photo/Video of the received phone case and phone in the same pic/video
  • Please make sure the pic/video of the phone has the phone model visible
  • Ruler or measuring tape showing the height and width of case
